Designed by Quadrangle Architects, RUSH Condos will feature, French balconies, symmetrical lines and a warm, yet contemporary façade, complementing its surroundings beautifully. Location & Neighbourhood
Condos in Toronto’s Fashion District have a unique appeal. The neighbourhood has strong historical roots, having been the center of the city’s garment and textile manufacturing industry in the early twentieth century. Its influence can still be seen in the many art deco-style warehouses lining the stretch, many of which have been converted into residential lofts, art galleries, restaurants or office space for creative and technology-based businesses.
